Biography

Sathien (Dennis) Hemsin was born in 1978 in Bangkok. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales in 1999 and his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sydney in 2002. He is admitted as a solicitor in the state of New South Wales, Australia and is a member of the New South Wales Law Society. He started working in Sydney, Australia and moved to Thailand in 2004. While working in Thailand, he also studied for his Thai law degree at the same time and completed his 2nd Bachelor of Law degree from Chulalongkorn University in 2010. He has been involved in various acquisitions of hotels, resorts, condominiums, office buildings and many hotel and residential development projects. He has written various articles on property law in Thailand and is a member of the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in French, Thai and English. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, investment law, real estate, land development, hotel/resort and condominium law, and property funds. He joined Bangkok International Associates in 2007.
