The role of corporate law is to ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advising corporations on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers. Our attorneys have knowledge of aspects of contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws, employment law, and the laws specific to the business of the corporations that our clients engage in. We provided many services including formation and registration of limited companies, partnerships, branch offices, representative offices and other corporate entities as well as drafting articles and memoranda of association, notices, agenda and minutes of meetings. We also provide advice on the rights, duties and liabilities of directors, shareholders and auditors, share transfer and pledging, and the appointment and replacement of directors, restrictions on foreign ownership under the Foreign Business Act and other legislation as well as advice on applying for promotional incentives to the Board of Investment or other institutions.
